the most delicious fish and chip shop there is around. gave extras for wanting lots of salt and vinegar! always packed with flavour and never fails to fill my belly. portion sizes are incredible, always get a small and it’s more than enough.

We stopped here at 9:00pm Friday night to take fish and chips down to beach and watch fireworks. Absolutely beautiful crispy flakey fish and fresh chips. Top marks to team. Will look forward to next takeaway. To be fair this place is tried and trusted over many years.

I genuinely couldn't recommend Halfway Fish Bar enough. They have the best chips that are cooked perfectly, their fish is always perfectly sized as are their portions and their meal deals are amazing value for money. The staff are always friendly and the two sets of twins who work here are legends! This place really does deserve to be well known. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Really good fish and chips. Our kids loved the burger and sausage too. They had never eaten the curry sauce and fell in love with the tasteful small cup of it. The only thing missing from our takeaway was cutlery and tissues which was probably our fault for not picking them up. Highly recommended!
